My own healing journey started about 10 years ago. Its been slow, gradual and layered. Although trained in counselling and hypnotherapy, I work mostly with energy and guided journeys. However, I still utilise my knowledge and skills from these experiences.

I have been trained in the Mikao Usui lineage of Reiki energy healing. I weave energy work throughout all of the services as it gives space for anything that needs to be felt or processed to be released in a safe and gentle way.

Since beginning my masters studying consciousness, spirituality & transpersonal psychology I have been exploring my passion for goddess & nature based spiritualities and shamanic practices all of which influence my current work.

My experience working as a sex educator for over 5 years also influences some of my current offerings including womb healing. I have a particular passion for providing alternative support for those who have experienced sexual trauma as this is what my own healing journey has been focused around and is my passion.
