Thank you for visiting. I’m Lauren the creator of Roots of Healing.
This is me in absolute bliss being completely absorbed by this beautiful Yew tree in Wales last summer. Nature is my happy place, it offers me space where I can be completely held, rest all of me, & just be.
My hope for anyone who works with me is that you’ll find a similar space: somewhere you can gently let go, rest, and feel cared for and supported.
We all need these moments, to recharge, replenish ourselves, and reconnect with our roots so we’re ready to be out in the world again. The wonderful thing about my work is that it asks little of you, even speaking isn’t necessary if you prefer quiet.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki offers a soothing, nurturing experience, encouraging relaxation, clarity, and a sense of harmony within your body and mind. Reiki channels gentle life-force energy, to clear blockages, balance your energy, and support emotional, spiritual & physical health. This beautiful energy can aid in releasing stored emotions & help with overall alignment.
Journey, Sound & Energy
This immersive session blends guided journeying, sound, and Reiki energy healing. With the rhythms of shamanic drum, crystal bowls, rattles, and nature sounds, you are guided into a meditative state where energy can move, release, and rebalance. If you have a look on ‘learn more’ there’s different options, so feel into whats best for your needs.
Womb Focused Healing
A nurturing journey to reconnect and be in relationship to your womb. You will be gently guided into a meditative space supported by the vibrations of crystal sound bowls. The energy healing will focus on the womb space and be aided by the use of the Rose. This session invites softness, release, and a deeper connection with your sacred womb and her wisdom.
